Ideation

Filming in real spaces was essential to helping a new audience of customers—many of whom had never seen an interactive display in action—understand SMART’s impact in both education and government. By capturing these products in authentic environments, we aimed to build brand awareness through relatable, high-impact storytelling.

In Higher Education, our concept revolved around a pen seamlessly drawing universal symbols of industries—engineering, medicine, architecture—showcasing how SMART plays a role in shaping the future workforce. For Government, brand awareness was key. We secured access to national landmarks, framing SMART as an essential tool for public service. With on-site logistics, permits, and mobile setups, we positioned the tech where decisions happen—driving home its reliability and impact.

Execution & Production

With the campaign concepts in place, execution required a multi-channel approach to maximize reach and impact. Paid digital advertising was central, with targeted campaigns across Google Search, Display, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Higher education ads highlighted career readiness and student success, while government-focused content positioned SMART as a trusted tool for secure collaboration. Geotargeted ads ensured engagement before, during, and after key industry events, amplifying SMART’s presence.

To drive lead generation, we developed a white paper as a high-value lead magnet and created an interactive self-selector tool to help buyers find the right SMART product, boosting engagement and conversions. These assets were integrated into SEO-optimized landing pages and blog content to capture organic search interest and increase website traffic.

Beyond digital, we ensured SMART’s event presence was both impactful and cohesive. Booth creative aligned with campaign themes, while social media provided sustained engagement—six months of scheduled posts kept SMART top-of-mind with a mix of educational content, product showcases, and thought leadership.

To build credibility, we secured media coverage through strategic press releases while equipping sales channels with a comprehensive toolkit to align partners with campaign messaging and drive adoption.

Finally, we executed an automated email nurture strategy, refining customer data and launching targeted campaigns that guided prospects through the buyer journey—keeping engagement high and conversions strong across both business and government audiences.
